Here's what happens:

1. A freely selected card is mixed into the deck.

2. The deck is spread and someone else names a number between 1 and 52.

3. THEY count down to that position, THEY push a card aside. You show the card to the left and the card to the right and the card pushed aside is the freely chosen card.

The spectator makes all of the important decision and the handling leaves no clues to reverse engineer. Simpatico Plus is easily the most practical card at any number product.
