Pyro's secret is that the barrels are filled with 'flash' paper. A specially-treated tissue paper that burns extremely quickly and is gone in the blink of an eye. Magicians have used flash paper in their acts for decades to get huge reactions from a tiny burst of fire.

LED On/Off Notifier - Each PYRO Pen is equipped with an LED inside to notify you when the device is armed and ready to fire. Precision Delay - Accidents happen, so we've thought about that too. The PYRO Pen itself has been designed to contour to your palm like any other marker, with the button in the exact right place for FIREBALL mode. However should you push the button unintentionally or whilst in your pocket, it will not fire. The built-in delay requires 3 seconds of constant pressure to turn the device on. This allows you to keep yourself and others out of the way of the flaming shots when using the pen as a standard marker, or rest easy when the pen is off in your pocket and gets pressed when reaching for something else.

I watched all the videos, which made learning how to use the device very easy and simple. After shooting a few fireballs I can say this is such a great, fun product. Very easy for a novice like me to use and amaze others. It is truly a remarkable device. I love the pyro line and goes great with my pyro mini.

I have bought every Pyro product and have loved each of the amazing products in Pyro line. Now I'm loving the Pyro Pen. It is truly amazing. The quality is extraordinary. It looks and feels like a Sharpie, loading is simple, and the fireballs created are truly magnificent.

Gotta say, this is pretty fun. I have no idea how I'm going to use it within a routine yet, but I'm sure I'll come up with something eventually. If you're on the fence about getting this, the trailer says it all. It's a sharpie pen that shoots fire, pretty awesome. It is kinda pricey, but the build quality seems to be really good, have had it for a few days and everything seems really solid. If you've got some extra cash and want a fun toy, this is definitely a good one.
